Jeffery B. Savage, President & CEO, and Ron Magoon, Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer, recently announced the appointment of two officers and the promotion of a third. These designations recognize the importance of highly-qualified professionals to fulfill the Bank’s mission of providing useful financial services to businesses, communities and families in the Bank’s market areas by employees who are highly-motivated, customer-driven and effective.
Appointments included two employees. Greg Legier became Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer at the Bank’s Boscawen Office. Legier comes to FSB with fifteen years of banking experience, concentrating in commercial lending. Legier is very familiar with the Capital Region, having come from Lake Sunapee Bank in Concord, New Hampshire. In addition to his experience in commercial lending, he has also been a part of numerous organizations in the community, including Director of the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce, as well as Chair for the Concord Young Professionals Network. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Network for Educational Opportunity and the New Hampshire Job Creators Network. Legier is also a member of New Hampshire Real Estate Investors Association.
Franklin Savings Bank also appointed Ann Nichols to the position of Vice President, Retail Banking and Branch Administration Officer. Delivering retail branch management expertise based out of the Bank’s Main Office in Franklin, Nichols comes to FSB with 35 years of experience, most recently from Bank of New Hampshire. In addition to her dedication to banking, Nichols also plays a very active role in the community. She currently serves on the Finance Committee of Genesis Behavioral Health, the Lakes Region Community Impact Committee for Granite United Way, as well as Incorporator for the Belknap County Economic Development Council. Choral Society, she is also a performing member of the New Hampshire Music Festival Symphonic Chorus.
Franklin Savings Bank promoted Jonathan J. Winters to Vice President, Risk Management, Bank Secrecy Act, Security and Information Security Officer. In addition to his professional career, Winters also plays an active role in the community coaching the Franklin High School Girls’ Varsity Basketball team for which he was named the 2013-2014 Coach of the Year. He and his family also dedicate numerous hours to the Franklin Savings Bank Charity Softball Tournament each year.
