Veterans Home Hosts Fall Concerts

TJ Wheeler, Lucie Therrien to entertain

Residents, their family members, and visitors to the New Hampshire Veterans Home will have the opportunity to enjoy world-class live music this fall when musicians TJ Wheeler, and Lucie Therrien bring their talents to Tilton.

TJ Wheeler is an internationally renowned blues and jazz artist who plays a wide variety of instruments, including the seven-string guitar, ukulele, banjo, kazoo, and more. His concert is October 20, at 2:30 PM.

Lucie Therrien performs the music of her French Canadian heritage, singing in both Quebcois, and English. She has presented culturally diverse programs on five continents. Her concert is November 12, at 2:30 PM

The concerts, which are funded in part by an Arts in Health grant from the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts, are part of a wide variety of activities available to residents at the New Hampshire Veterans Home.

There is no charge to attend the concerts, and the public is invited.
