This Year’s Beneficiaries
- Awareness for Adalyn was founded to honor the life of Adalyn, who was born with a rare, gene-linked brain malformation called Lissencephaly, which is characterized by the absence of normal convolutions (folds) in the cerebral cortex and an abnormally small head (microcephaly). Funds raised will enable the foundation to promote awareness and education for Lissencephaly.
- Every Child is Ours is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to the mission of ensuring that no child in need goes without food.
- The Paul Smith School Playground Fund was established to raise money for the construction and purchase of playground equipment for a play area at Paul Smith Elementary School in Franklin.
Since 1997, the annual FSB Charity Softball Tournament has raised over $67,000 for countless local charities throughout the Greater Franklin area.
