Jeffery B. Savage, CEO, announced today that two new Corporators were elected at its Annual Meeting of Corporators to Franklin Bancorp, MHC, a mutual holding company and parent corporation of Franklin Savings Bank. Also during the event, 13 employees were recognized for a collective 135 years of service and commitment with Franklin Savings Bank.
The newly elected Corporators are Craig A. Jacobson and James L. Mason. Jacobson is an IT sales consultant and a real estate agent with The Masiello Group. He resides in Andover, New Hampshire. Mason, a resident of Franklin, is the owner of the Barn Store of New England and Ag Structures LLC both located in Salisbury, New Hampshire.
During his remarks at the meeting, Savage stated, “I am pleased to welcome Craig and Jim as newly appointed Corporators of our holding company. As successful businessmen in their respective communities, they will serve as great ambassadors for the bank.”
Next, 13 employees were acknowledged for their years of service with Franklin Savings Bank: Julie Buker, retail operations officer, Mark Dixon, electronic services manager, Denise Nieman-Morrill, personal banker, and Terri Wentworth, teller, were recognized for five years of service. Next, Dorothy Savery, assistant corporate secretary, Brian Slipp, AVP, credit manager, Jonathan Winters, VP, risk management, BSA, security & information security officer, and Lois Wisler, senior personal banker, received acknowledgement for 10 years of service. Finally, five employees were commended on 15 years of service with the bank, including Kathleen Blish, loan operations specialist, Tracey Engler, personal banker, Katherine Hoyt, customer contact center representative, Renee Sylvester, accounting & deposit services specialist, and Tamey Vasco, personal banker.
