Are you raising a grandchild, niece, nephew, or other relative’s child? Relatives raising a second generation bring unique challenges, and you deserve some support! You’re cordially invited to attend the Parenting a Second Time Around (PASTA) group.

This group is a support for those that are parenting children other than theirs after having parented their own children. Grandparents and extended family relatives that find themselves with this responsibility are welcome to join. The group is structured to provide an open and caring environment through which everyone can find support, have their concerns heard, learn something new, and also teach others a new perspective.

The group will be held every other Monday at the Bessie Rowell Community Center in Franklin at 5:30 PM starting on January 25. Free child care will be provided by the Community Center staff, and there will also be a free dinner as well!
