We all have heard the expression “April showers bring May flowers,” but did you also know that April has another saying here at Twin Rivers Interfaith Food Pantry (TRIFP) in Franklin? It is “April is cereal month at TRIFP!”

So as you enjoy the daffodils, sprouting green grass, and ladybugs, please also remember the needs of children and families in your neighborhood greatly in need of nutritious breakfast cereals of all kinds.

Reverend Karen Heavey, Managing Director of TRIFP at 934-2662 eagerly awaits your call to donate much-needed cereal as well as other everyday food products for all our friends in need.
