Franklin Savings Bank Scholarship Applications Due April 15

Franklin Savings Bank is currently accepting applications for its scholarship fund. High school graduating seniors who reside in the following communities are encouraged to apply: Alexandria, Andover, Belmont, Boscawen, Bridgewater, Bristol, Canterbury, Danbury, Franklin, Gilford, Laconia, Groton, Hebron, Hill, New Hampton, Northfield, Penacook, Salisbury, Sanbornton, Tilton, and Webster. The application deadline is Friday, April 15.

To be considered for a scholarship, applicants will need to submit a completed application form, recent high school transcript, applicant appraisal, and family financial data. This information can be obtained by visiting FSBnh.com and clicking “Learn About FSB” then “In the Community.” Completed application materials should be returned to an applicant’s high school guidance department by April 15.

The FSB Scholarship Fund was established in 1994 to benefit area students in their pursuit of higher education. To date, the bank has awarded 386 scholarships totaling $283,925 to high school graduates. The Fund represents the Bank’s commitment to helping families afford advanced educational opportunities for their children who are enrolled in college full-time.
