Currier – Motion to approve as amended

Vote – Unanimous to approve as amended

Continued Enforcement Discussion

The Andover Building Ordinance was discussed and Currier made a motion which was seconded by Danforth to recommend the Planning Board repeal the current building ordinance. The board voted unanimously to support the repeal of the current building ordinance.

A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 4, 2013 at 7 PM

There being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM
