Public Hearing: Repeal of the Andover Building Ordinance

The public hearing was opened at 7 PM. Currier read the draft warrant article and the board discussed it. There being no public present providing input, the public hearing was closed at 7:20 PM. Currier made a motion to approve language for the warrant article to repeal the building ordinance. Sutton seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously in favor of the language for the warrant article to repeal the building ordinance. The board discussed building permits and certificates of occupancy.

There being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 PM
