Road Agent Report
Beaver Deceivers on Elbow Pond: Skip Lisle wants to upgrade the system. Road Agent John Thompson indicated that the deceivers need maintenance. There is debris entrapped in the deceivers that needs to be cleaned out.
The Conservation Commission purchased these deceivers through a grant. The Highway Department installed the deceivers. It needs to be determined who is responsible for the maintenance.
The Board wants to continue to see who the trees belong to and then come up with an action plan and schedule.

Roy will contact Nancy Mayville to set up a meeting for instructions as to how to move forward.
