On Tuesday, September 6, Proctor Academy welcomes its incoming class to campus for its 46th annual Wilderness Orientation in the White Mountains. Since 1971, Proctor’s orientation pairs new students with seven other incoming students and two faculty members for five days of backpacking on various routes in the mountains of New Hampshire.
Throughout the five days of hiking and camping, new students learn school rules and expectations while building relationships with their new classmates and teachers. Best of luck to these former AE/MS Eagles as they head out on Wilderness Orientation 2016 and begin their Proctor experience!
