In 2012, Colin was elected to the state Executive Council, representing nearly a quarter million Granite Staters as a board of directors of sorts for the Governor. On the Executive Council, Colin successfully lead the charge to restore funding for Planned Parenthood, expand Medicaid to nearly 50,000 Granite Staters, and invest in solar and renewable energy projects in Manchester, Portsmouth, Durham, Milton, Plymouth, Peterborough, and Berlin.

Colin is an education innovator who helped launch College for America at Southern New Hampshire University — a nonprofit, fully-accredited college that helps front-line, working adults achieve a college education with little or no debt. The school has enrolled thousands of students — the vast majority taking on zero debt at all — and has partnered with more than 100 employers ranging from local non-profits to Fortune 50 companies to strengthen their workforce.

Previously, Colin served as a business manager at Stonyfield Inc. where he helped oversee the profitable growth of brands worth $100 million in annual revenue. He holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BS from George Washington University.
