The three most important issues from the last two years are the economy, the budget deficit, and terrorism.

I hope to continue to advocate for the Balanced Budget Amendment. It will allow us to control our out-of-control debt. In 10 years, the interest on our growing debt will be the second largest budget item. If we can control the interest, we can fund Social Security and Medicare without any changes.

Even though the President controls our armed forces, I would like to see a change in direction on the conflicts in the Middle East. We should have a presence, however the ongoing conflict is only bringing terrorists into our country.

I have over 25 years of public service experience, including various school boards, Board of Selectman, and Finance Committee. I am currently serving my third term in the New Hampshire House of Representatives. Last year, I was the Majority Leader and currently the Vice Chair of the Labor Committee.
