Andover’s Capital Improvement Committee will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 16, at the Town Hall at 7 PM to review and accept comments from the public on a draft of the 10-year Capital Improvement Plan for 2016. Copies of the draft plan are available at the Town Office or on the Town Web site at Andover.NH.us.
