Moyer found the document dated December 17, 1997 that granted jurisdiction to the Road Agent to issue driveway permits.

Moyer revised the Driveway Permit Application and Regulations and distributed them to the Board members for review and revisions. Moyer will work with Road Agent John Thompson to create a new application and permit.

Teach continues to work on this.

Lakes Region Planning Commission Map

Phelps has reviewed all ambiguous areas of the Zoning Map. The Board reviewed each area for clarification of boundaries.
