Maple School to be Held on Saturday, November 19

The fourth annual New Hampshire Maple School will be held on Saturday, November 19, at the Winnisquam Regional High School located at 433 West Main Street in Tilton. It will run from 9 AM until 3 PM.

The program is being hosted by the New Hampshire Maple Producers Association and the University of New Hampshire Cooperative Extension Service. Maple experts from across New England will cover topics including marketing, food safety, sugar bush maintenance, improving production, reverse osmosis, tubing, small producer tips, and much more. The registration fee of $40 includes lunch. Registrations must be received prior to Friday, November 11, to guarantee lunch. Registration can be made at the door or online at www.events.unh.edu/RegistrationForm.pm?event_id=22518.
