Planning and Zoning Coordinator
Working on a new Building Permit form for Dave Powers, Zoning Administrator.
Communication with Tina White of 999 Bendixen Point (Bradley Lake) regarding a possible subdivision.
Zoning Administrator
Request from Bellettete’s for certificate of completion for their insurance company was received. Dave will issue conditioned upon a third party inspection. Currier stated the ordinance reads the holder of the building permit provides the town with notice of completion and the town has the option of doing an inspection and the town issues a certificate of completion
There is an addition under construction at 332 Main Street without a building permit.
A letter will be sent to the property owner at 474 Main Street regarding an in-law apartment.
A letter will be sent to Merzi Excavation regarding property on Potters Road.

Deb Brower of Bluewater Farm would like to attend the February 28, 2017 meeting to discuss possible uses for 157 Main Street (former Town Hall).
Accessory Dwelling Unit Article for The Beacon
The board reviewed the article for The Beacon and Teach will edit the article and submit it to The Beacon.
Lakes Region Planning Commission (LRPC) Map Project
LRPC is still working on the town map.
Subdivision Application Revision
Costa requested the consensus of the board regarding consolidating the two applications and the board indicated they would like to combine the two applications.

Blinn indicated the Board is working on items for the town meeting.
