      Unanimously approved.
Announcements / Correspondence
The school board will attend the January 9, 2018 meeting of the Planning Board at 7:15 PM. to discuss the renovation project at Andover Elementary Middle School.
Nancy, Randall and Paul met with Dan Coolidge to discuss the proposed Zoning Ordinance changes.
There will be no Planning Board meeting on December 26, 2017.

Planning & Zoning Coordinator Update – Pat Moyer
Updated Driveway Permit, Lot Merger Notice and Fee Schedule were distributed to each Planning Board member.

Josh Gee – Currier Road
Josh came before the board regarding a letter he received from the Selectboard pertaining to the run-off concern by his neighbor and concerns regarding his driveway.  The board deferred him to the Selectboard.

Public Hearing: Planning Board’s proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance
The public hearing was opened at 8 PM by Chair Teach.  There was no public present. A comment was received from a resident regarding Class VI roads and read to the board. A response from town counsel was received and read to the board. The response indicated that this amendment was not needed as this is already indicated in the Zoning Ordinance.  There being no further discussion, the public hearing was closed at 8:46 PM.  A second public hearing will be held Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 7:30 PM.

Selectboard Update – Dave Blinn
An interim Zoning Administrator has been selected.
The town budget is coming into place.
