New London Hospital (NLH) and the Lake Sunapee Region Chamber of Commerce (LSRCC) are excited to announce the dates for the 89th annual Hospital Days event and the return of the Midway. This year, Hospital Days will be held on Saturday, August 3, and the LSRCC will host the Midway starting Thursday, August 1, through Saturday, August 3.

“We have listened to the community and are delighted to work closely with the Chamber to reinvigorate Hospital Days and bring back the Midway,” stated NLH Board Chair, Anne B. Holmes. “Hospital Days is about bringing the community together through a long-standing tradition for a festive weekend full of activities and fun while supporting the hospital.”

The Hospital Days event schedule will feature time-honored favorites as well as new events for the community to enjoy. The weekend celebrations will begin on Thursday evening with Bracelet Night at the Midway and a “Meet the Chamber” event hosted by the LSRCC. On Friday evening, the LSRCC will host a band night filled with live music, food, and fun. The Hospital Days Parade is scheduled for Saturday, and the 29th annual Triathlon will take place on Sunday.

“The Chamber is excited to be bringing the Midway back after a short hiatus and looking forward to continued success working with New London Hospital on their annual Hospital Days event,” said LSRCC President Pete Fenton Jr. “We want to keep this small town tradition alive!”
