Marcia Jane Stevens
( March 10, 1957 – March 10, 2018 )

Marcia Jane Stevens, 61, of Andover NH passed away on Saturday March 10th at Franklin Regional Hospital in Franklin NH. She was born in Concord, MA, daughter to the late Helen and Stanley Osborn Jr. She graduated Acton-Boxboro Regional HS 1975, University of Rhode Island 1979, and her Masters at Portland State University. Marcia began her music teaching career in Middleton, RI.  She moved to Oregon after marriage, and while teaching and raising her son, competed in numerous horse carriage driving competitions. She was an instrumental music director for the Corvalis School District in Oregon for many years prior to moving to New Hampshire and fulfilling her dream of owning a farm that she purchased in Andover.

Marcia is survived by a son,Arnold Poole Jr of Oregon; sisters Carolyn Croteau and her husband Richard of Hadley MA, Susan Werst and her husband Thomas of Merrimack NH, Beth Caffrey and her husband Johnathan of Duxbury MA, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Mark Stevens.

Relatives and Friends are kindly invited to attend calling hours on Saturday March 17th from 10 AM – 12:30 PM at the Rivet Funeral Home 425 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack. A Funeral Service will be held immediately following calling hours at 12:30 PM in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date at the Brownsville Cemetery in Brownsville OR.
