Peabody Home Offers Grief Support Program

May 23 & 30 in Franklin

Press Release

The Peabody Home presents a Bereavement Program, with support from Franklin VNA and Hospice, based on the foundation that being able to talk about what you are feeling and find compassionate support is the start to finding acceptance, solace and well-being.  We recognize that each individual’s grief journey is unique and our programming is tailored to meet individual needs. Our spring program is open to anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one in the last 6 months.

Grief is a normal and expected reaction to loss. Join us in April and May, we offer a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment where individuals can work through their emotions and find the support, comfort and encouragement they need during this difficult time. The program allows participants to experience and express their grief, which is an important part of the healing journey.

To register in advance, call Peabody Home at 603-934-3718, the Grief Support Group meets May 23, and 30 from 2 to 4 PM at The Peabody Home, 24 Peabody Place, Franklin NH. Admission is free of charge.
