Andover Residents Matt Bent and his dad, Doug Bent, of Boy Scout Troop 489, getting ready to fire up the new barbecue grill Matt installed at Chaffee Park at Highland Lake. The grill, a refurbished Chaffee Park sign and three new picnic tables are Matt’s Eagle Scout Project. Matt is 18 years old and will be a senior at Proctor Academy in the fall. He still has to go before a Board of Review before receiving his rank of Eagle Scout. The Town of Andover is the grateful recipient of his project.
