I hope everyone has been having a great summer!  

This article is information for any student entering 5th through 8th Grade this year who is interested in joining the LEGO Robotics Club.  I am sending emails out now announcing our start up.

All introductory information (both for students and parents) regarding the club can be viewed on the FIRST Lego League website linked here:  https://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/fll

I will start sending out emails with further information only to those wishing to participate and their parents after the initial email, so please be sure I have your contact information.

Any parent of an interested 5th-8th Grade student should contact me giving me your contact info and your student name(s) to be added to the LEGO Robotics Club email list for all future emails. My email is atyler@nullaemseagles.org.


*There will also be some time set aside for parents and students to register with FIRST Lego League*


Our first meeting day will on August 28th, from 1 to 3 PM, location: TBA.  This meeting will cover club expectations, why this will be treated as more of a team academic sport, some team building activities, ideas for fundraising, and a full look into the Into Orbit Season.   

If there is a parent/adult who wishes to help volunteer with the program please feel free to reply to this email also.  We are looking for a couple more volunteers. You do NOT need any prior experience, just a positive attitude!

Students who cannot make the first meeting should contact me to let me know that they are still interested.
