Janice B. Woodward, of Concord, died March 22, 2013 at the Presidential Oaks in Concord, surrounded by her family. She was born on May 29, 1939 in New London, the daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Woods) Huntoon.
A longtime resident of Concord, Janice had also lived in Loudon, and Springfield, Missouri. She worked as a data entry operator for Providian in Concord for several years.
Her hobbies and interests included crafts, reading, and music. She was a member of the Faith Community Baptist Church of Loudon for several years.
Her family members include her sister, Elizabeth Duff and her husband Vance of Concord; two nieces and their families, Paula Nash and her husband Andrew and their children, Emily and Amanda, and Carrie Duff of Leominster, Massachusetts, and her children, Brendan and Isabel; one step-son, Andrew Woodward Jr. of Hooksett; two step-daughters, Gertrude Varney of Concord; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two husbands, Carl Huffman, who died in 1972, and Andrew Woodward, who died in 1983.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be announced at a later date to be held at the Faith Community Baptist Church of Loudon. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Janice’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
