Safety.  Privacy protection.  Fairness. Beautiful words disguising lies as works of art, and the deceptions passed by our House of Representatives are truly breathtaking in their grandeur.  None of these words contain truth. In voting to allow illegal immigrants to obtain state issued driver’s licenses, the Democratic majority made us less safe, undermined citizen’s privacy, and unfairly placed lawlessness above law.  How are we made safer when voting is less secure through potential voter fraud? For all the noise made by Democrats about Russian election fraud for President Trump, they are remarkably silent about the potential fraud that exists if this bill becomes law.  The DMV noted the potential for an increase in fraudulent activities that require proof of residency. This is not privacy protection; it is an open door for criminal activity such as voting without citizenship. It gives the illusion of legal status to those who are here illegally, to those who have broken the law already.  This isn’t about asylum seekers. This isn’t about green card holders. This isn’t about those holding a valid Visa. It is about not rewarding those who have broken the law with privileges that are reserved for citizens and those following the rules. I have sympathy for those brought here as children, and the compassion of our lawmakers for them is not misplaced.  However, I do have to ask this question; when is this compassion going to extend to your constituents by prioritizing our safety, privacy, and rights?
