The Center for the Arts is pleased to be sponsoring the 8th Annual “Arts on the Green”” to be held on Saturday July 13 from 10 AM – 4 PM with a new and exciting location in Sunapee Harbor. This juried art show features local artists showcasing their talents for the community and summer visitors. “Beautiful Sunapee Harbor offers the perfect venue for this annual event,” says Jean Connolly of the Center for The Arts.  There will be 23 area artists with a multitude of talent in a variety of media in the expressive arts. Artists include: Peter Anderson, Deborah Bacon, Carrie Bouton, Mark Catman, Kathleen Curwen, Jeanette Fournier, Diane Grotton, Ilene Kille, James Lambert, Luci Lesmerises, Rick Libbey, Ryan Lonergan, John Marmonti, Leila Meehan, Deb Morrison Martin, Re Re Panciocco, Sara Petipas, JoAnn Shields, Marianne Stillwagon, David TIbbetts, Susan Vachon, Erica Walker and Mimi Wiggin. This event is free, and offers a wonderful chance to purchase fine arts and crafts direct from the artists.
