Members present: Jon Warzocha, Chair; Paul Currier, Vice Chair; Nancy Teach; Pat Moyer; Don Gould; Wood Sutton; and Duncan Coolidge, ex-officio.

Joint Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Board of Selectmen Work Plan

The work plan was discussed and Currier stated that a Web committee for the Town Web site has been created, and the committee needs to convene to review Web site necessities.

It was determined that a database of all properties in town which includes any actions (hearings; decisions; conditions) by any board needs to be created.

The Building Permit Application was reviewed in order that the Planning Board can provide feedback to the Building Inspector.

Potential committee members for each section of the work plan were discussed, and those potential members will be contacted.
