The Andover Fish and Game Club’s Kids’ Ice Fishing Derby, which was held on Eagle Pond in Wilmot on February 29, went well.

Fifty-four kids registered, and 42 fish were caught (18 pickerel, 23 perch, and 1 bass). The trophy winners were:

2nd Longest Pickerel, Charlie Welch, 18 1/2″
3rd Longest Pickerel, Lucas Johnson, 18″
Longest Perch, Meadow Bucklin, 11″
2nd Longest Perch, Grayson Cloutier, 10 3/4″
3rd Longest  Perch, Finley Sargent, 10″
Longest Non-Category, Caleb Rostron, a 14 1/2″ Bass
