The American Legion Held Their Flag Burning Ceremony on July 4

The American Legion Crosby/Gilbert Post 101, Andover, held a flag burning ceremony on July 4. This ceremony is normally done on Flag Day, but it was postponed this year due to the pandemic. 
Worn-out flags that were burned were collected from various sources, including from graves of veterans buried in Andover cemeteries. Legion members who took part in this ceremony are as follows.Bill Leber, John Hanscom, Ron Evans, Levi Southworth, Don Clendenen, Bob Ward, Bill Keyser, and Lloyd Perreault.
