The five sponsors of the popular Kearsarge Area Senior Luncheons are having to postpone their fall opening until a decision to resume can be made at the beginning of 2021.

Ordinarily, 30 to 40 seniors would be sharing each other’s company in the welcoming atmosphere of the Wilmot Community Association’s main room and looking forward to a delicious hot meal, door prizes, and light entertainment starting in October — but not this year. Let’s hope for better times in 2021.

In the meantime, the Community Action Program in Concord is offering pick-up frozen meals-to-go at the Mountain View Senior Center in Bradford.  Contact operations manager Peggy Maylone at 225-3295, ext. 1110 if you are interested.
