By acting within the New Hampshire Constitution, the people of the Granite State could have avoided the devastation of the economy, loss of small businesses, and closing of schools. The state was not under attack. The Constitution limits the actions of the elected and trusts the people to act appropriately, exercising their personal responsibility to make decisions based on their situations. Instead, the Emergency Orders mandated and dictated in minute detail such as:

1. “Red Flag” in Emergency Order #65 opens the door for forced vaccinations if the Health and Human Services Commissioner or agents deem you a threat to Public Health.

2. Failure to ReOpen New Hampshire fully when the vulnerable population was identified in the over 60 population with immune compromised existing conditions.

3. Devastation to the economies of the Granite State. Over 440 businesses will not reopen.

4. Increases in suicides, drug overdoses, and automobile deaths have gone unreported as we focus on a virus with a 99% survival rate.

My priority will be to conquer the challenges of recovery resulting from the extended limitations dictated to the people of New Hampshire.

1. Through leadership and coalition building I will rebuild confidence in elected officials, our police and our communities.

2. We must drain the swamp at all levels of government.

3. We must rebuild the economy by eliminating onerous regulations, limiting licensures and eliminating waste and fraud in the government.
