Up on the hill in East Andover, we are busy doing all things fall! We had a blast stuffing, creating, and dressing our four tiny scarecrows that lived at the bottom of the hill. With that we also welcomed fall with carving pumpkins, celebrating Halloween, singing spooky Halloween songs, reading fall, pumpkin and Halloween cooking, and creating creepy Halloween crafts. It was a party all month long.
If you have attended our school in the past, you’ll know that in the fall we traditionally organize a Creepy Crawl 5K Fun Run/Walk. For 2020 we made the difficult decision to cancel/postpone our run to, possibly, the spring. We appreciate the town’s support and understanding as we all figure out how to navigate these new norms.
A huge thank you goes out to the community for supporting our annual mums fundraiser. Our little school relies on fundraising to meet our operating budget, and we couldn’t do it without you!
We look forward to what the rest of 2020 has to offer us at EAVP as we prepare for snow, Thanksgiving, winter, and the holiday season.
