In a joint effort by The Andover Community Hub, the Kearsarge Lake Sunapee Community Food Pantry, and Kearsarge Neighborhood Partners, over 160 gift cards, food, and other items were collected for local families in need, to be distributed before Christmas Day.

Town and school officials identified recipients and handled distribution. With a combined value approaching $5,000, these items will be able to support Andover families well beyond the holiday season.

The Hub also collected letters to Santa, written by preschoolers and elementary-grade students on forms provided by The Hub. The completed forms were dropped off in a collection box near the Hub front door, for delivery to the North Pole.
