Steven John MacDonald, 73, of Concord, passed away at his home on February 3, 2021. Born in Laconia on November 30, 1947, he was a son of the late Almon and Laura (Brogan) MacDonald.
Steven spent his childhood in the Lake Winnipesaukee Region. He went on to join the United States Air Force, serving for six years before he was honorably discharged as a Sergeant.
Upon return to civilian life, he had a long career in car sales, managing several dealerships over the years. He loved woodworking and building and was most recently employed at Home Depot in Manchester as a millwork specialist.
For several years Steven lived in East Andover, when his children were young.
Steven is survived by his wife of 17 years, Maureen MacDonald; his son, Michael MacDonald; his daughter, Stephanie (MacDonald) Willett; and his three grandchildren, Alison Hernandez, Brendan MacDonald, and Sawyer Willett. He is also survived by three step-children and eight step-grandchildren.
No formal services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the New Hampshire Veterans Home Resident Benefit Fund, 139 Winter Street, Tilton NH 03276.
