The Andover Thrift and Gift Shop has resumed its regular hours of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.  The shop carries a great selection of women’s and children’s clothing and accessories including many designer labels.

Good news for those who have thinned out their closet, the shop is again accepting donations of gently used or new, laundered, in-season clothing, jewelry, and fashion accessories (belts, scarfs, purses, etc.). If you prefer to consign, the shop does consign women’s items with the consigner receiving 50% of the purchase price if the item is sold within 60 days. Stop by for details.

Need a gift? The Andover Thrift and Gift Shop now carries a whole line of Cardigan Mountain Soap products, perfect for a hostess gift. In addition, the skillful creations of two well-known local artisans, Gretchen Durack from Mountainside Creations and Collectibles and Heather Shea-Clark of Calluna Clark Creations will be featured for the month of August. You’ll be delighted with Gretchen’s lovely assortment of handcrafted home, adult, and children’s items, and Heather’s hand-painted hummingbird feeders will dazzle you.

Whether you need a new outfit, a gift, or a card, visit the Andover Thrift and Gift Shop first and support the non-profit Andover Service Club with your purchase. The shop is located beside Andover Elementary/Middle School at 26 School Street in Andover.
