Hub Invites Andover Businesses and Residents to Get Creative

Let's put scarecrows everywhere!

In the spirit of the Halloween season, Andover businesses and residents are again invited to get creative and help decorate Andover from one end to the other with scarecrows and pumpkin heads, hopefully by early October and left in place until after Halloween.

Andover businesses, especially those located along Route 11 and Main Street, are encouraged to stuff some old clothes with straw, put a pumpkin head on top, and let their imaginations run wild!
