The Beacon Brass Quintet plays on Thursday, July 21, at the New London First Baptist Church.

Frisson Ensemble is explosive! From New York City, Frisson features 11 of the best and brightest of classical music’s rising stars. The ensemble will perform a delightful pops program on Thursday, July 7, including compositions by Rossini, Vivaldi, Bach, Gershwin, and Tchaikovsky, and an arrangement of Ravel’s Bolero written especially for the group.

The Beacon Brass Quintet, “one of the nation’s finest chamber ensembles,” returns to New London on Thursday, July 21, and will perform works spanning the centuries including pieces by Gabrieli, Bach, Dukas, Debussy, Arnold, Grieg, Joplin, and Ellington.

Both concerts will be held at the First Baptist Church, 461 Main Street in New London, and will begin at 7 PM.
