After two years of COVID-19 restrictions, Andover is finally able to have our Fourth of July celebration.  There are plans to make it the best one yet, with many extra attractions.

All this costs money, and one of our popular fundraisers is the Fourth of July Raffle. There are many chances to win a prize, as our local merchants are very supportive with donations of goods and services. 

To date, the following have responded to our requests. In Andover: JJ’s Market, Mane Street Hair, Pizza Chef, Highland Lake Inn, Refinery Restaurant, Drakes Restaurant, A Vintage Doll, and Naughty Nellies. 

New London: Peter Christians Tavern, Grounds, The Flying Goose, Huberts, Millstone Restaurant, Morgan Hill Bookstore, Spring Ledge Farm, Artisans, Tuckers, The Hair Station, Colonial Pharmacy, Rocky’s Ace Hardware, Hannaford, and Irving.

Boscawen: Black Forest Nursery, Alan’s Restaurant, Smoke Shack, and Marshall’s Florist.

Salisbury: Crossroads Country Store and Barn Store.

Penacook: Chef Place Restaurant, Szechuan Garden, and Constantly Pizza.

Concord: TGI Friday.

Franklin: Blossom Shop, May Gardens, Benson  Auto, Grevior Furniture, Hannaford, Hair Depot, and Aubuchon Hardware.

Wilmot: Forest Cone and Evergreen.  

Many of these businesses have donated year after year.  We appreciate their loyal support.  We expect to add some more prizes before the Fourth of July.

Tickets will be sold on the Andover Village Green on the Fourth of July.  They are six for $5, or $2 each.  If you would like tickets before that date, call Judy at 603 735-5493.
