Tom Rousseau, who rides the Northern Rail Trail frequently, took this photo to accompany a thank you note that he sent to the Andover Garden Club. He wrote “Please extend my gratitude to all those who have made the Potter Place kiosk the best on the Northern Rail Trail! Wow – the flowering plants make a colorful addition!”
