On Day One of an expected three-day project, installers from WeatherCheck have already stripped the leaky old shingles from the east side of the Andover Community Hub roof and added a layer of plywood before installing the final layer of new shingles. The roofing project was the first of three construction steps in the Hub’s $100,000 “Come On In” capital campaign.
