As the October Beacon went to press, work began on construction of a universal-access ramp leading from the Andover Community Hub parking lot to its main floor. The second of three elements in The Hub’s capital campaign (after a new roof), the ramp should be completed in a month or two. Third and final project: installation of a community kitchen.
