Santa Plans a Visit to Wilmot to See the Children

Santa will visit children at the Wilmot Community Center on Sunday, December 4.

There will be fun for the whole family starting at 11 AM on Sunday, December 4. Santa is coming to Wilmot to visit with all his friends. The jolly old elf’s visit is sponsored by the Wilmot Community Association (WCA).

Santa’s visit will be at the WCA Red Barn at 64 Village Road. The children will visit with Santa and share their wish lists. John Swindell, a professional photographer based in Wilmot, will be on hand to take complimentary photographs.

Mel Reed, program coordinator, says, “We are delighted that Santa has accepted our invitation to visit the children of Wilmot. It promises to be a very special afternoon.”

The WCA was established in 1963. Throughout the year, the not-for-profit sponsors and co-sponsors free and low-cost entertainment, recreational and educational activities for the young and the young at heart. The WCA owns and operates the Red Barn, a community center on Village Road, and Timmy Patten Park, a beach and playground on Shindagan Road in Wilmot.
