Also present for duration of appropriate items: Steven Nelson; Roger Kidder; Vicky Mishcon, Board of Selectmen; and Marj Roy, Town Administrator.
Preliminary Non-Binding Consultation: Steven Nelson for a minor subdivision at 194 Boston Hill Road.
Nelson presented a minor subdivision application and a diagram of his property. There are 11.153 acres with a total of 370’ of road frontage. The proposal is to divide out five acres. He has received a variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for less than the minimum required road frontage for the two lots. The lots will utilize a shared driveway with an easement.
The Board advised he would need to present a diagram of some type with dimensions. The Board also advised he would need to present a survey for approval.
Continued Non-Binding Consultation: Andover Board of Selectmen – Building Code and Code Enforcement.
Discussion took place regarding which building code is currently being used by the Town; what necessitates a building permit and a building permit with a fee; better communication between the boards. Kidder stated he is directing possible applicants to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. A proposed Enabling Statement was presented.
Master Plan Update
The appendices are completed and include the minutes and analysis of memberships. There are still two changes to the zoning map to be made. Copies of the maps will be requested from Lakes Region Planning Commission.
