The Beacon Finds a new Home in the Andover Community Hub

Thanks to generosity of Realtor Ty Morris

Press release

It is with excitement we announce that The Beacon has found a new home, thanks to the generosity of local Realtor and community leader, Ty Morris, and Coldwell Banker Lifestyles, and it’s right here on Main Street in The Andover Community Hub.

The local real estate brokerage has rented two office spaces at The Hub, and are donating one to the re-energized Beacon. “Finding a physical home for The Beacon has been an important task” Ty, The Beacons newest VP says. “The board’s intention has been to find ways to encourage the community to be more involved in what the paper prints, as they once were. Having a welcoming and vibrant office that folks can walk into off of Main Street is a big part of accomplishing that.”

Ty continues to say that “The Beacon isn’t just a newspaper, it’s a testament of small-town New Hampshire living. Live free or die. Freedom of press. All those passionate adages. As our communities grow, we want to ensure they grow in the right direction. Supporting this paper is supporting the spirit of our community whether you’re an avid reader or not. This is why I am so excited to play a part.” Now, as you walk into 157 Main Street, you’ll find the community Hub, community Realtor, and the community paper! Come and visit!
