The Mt. Kearsarge Indian Museum in Warner announces the opening of a new exhibit, which will be on display from July 22 to October 15. “Nebizun, Water is Life” demonstrates how important water is to all life.
Historically, Native Americans used waterways as highways, traveling from one area to another. As stewards of the environment, they understand how important water is to fish and other wildlife, and they are concerned that the pollution of water can change our traditional life-ways and impact the health of all humans and animals.
