East Andover Village Preschool Busy Transitioning Old and New Staff

Looking for new full-time teacher.

Press release
Liam and Tuckerman climb the rock wall that EAVP added into their classroom this summer.

We have been very busy at preschool with a bit of a transition year. We welcomed back Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Steph (yes, we have 2!) to another school year and welcomed Ms. Julia and Mr. Tom as part-time staff members. Julia is a Salisbury native and actually worked at EAVP in 2019/2020. Tom is a full-time student at Plymouth State University, originally from the UK, having just moved to Danbury with his wife. The search continues for another full-time teacher to complete our team. We are looking for someone with childcare/education experience or college credits. We are happy to work with anyone who is interested in starting classes if they have not already. The state has so many scholarship programs, advocating for early childhood education. While you are working in a NH licensed childcare center, many of your first classes are FREE and available online! Applicants must be over 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent and able to pass a background check. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at eavp@nulltds.net
We have a full enrollment this year with 21 students, and a growing waitlist. We had a split group between returning students and new students. We have spent the first half of the year really getting to know each other and spending as much time as we can outdoors before the weather restricts us. This summer we made improvements to our playground structure, and the children really enjoy all the new features. Huge support came from Whyte’s Logging and The Ciccarello Family for making this all come together! We really could not have done it without them, and we are so thankful!
