A cell phone service workshop, provided by US Cellular, will be held at The Andover Community Hub on Wednesday, March 20,  from 6 to 8 PM. Local cell phone specialists will be on hand to provide assistance with any cell phone-related issues, troubles with apps or questions about cell service in general.
