Proctor Academy’s boys Nordic ski team won the Lakes Region Championship on February 14, for the second year in a row, while the girls team came in second place for the season! Proctor’s skiers took on competition from around the Lakes Region and as far away as Northfield Mount Hermon (MA) and Belmont Hill School (MA). Both Proctor teams were led by local students, including Annika Green ‘25 (Andover), Will Green ‘24 (Andover), Niko Cole-Johnson ‘25 (Newbury, NH), Frances Butterfield ‘25 (Concord, NH), Noah Gardner ‘25 (North Sutton, NH), and Georgia Nichols ‘26 (New London, NH).

Both teams went on to compete at the New England Championships held at the Proctor Ski Area on February 21, the same day the Proctor Ski Area hosted the Lakes Region Alpine Ski Championships.
