We begin our 2024 season on May 21 by honoring the latest recipient of our scholarship, $3000 this year, awarded to a town resident who plans to enter college in the fall. The winner will read his or her essay on a person he or she admires, then we will enjoy refreshments with the family.

A business meeting will follow, and there is much to discuss, including the need for members to step up and take on the positions of president, secretary and treasurer. These will all be open at the end of our season, late September. We will also entertain ideas for fundraisers and discuss our programs, Museum, annual July BBQ, Old Home Day in August and much more.
