WCA’s Annual Photography Contest Now Open

Photos must be taken in the Kearsarge-Sunapee region

Press release

The Wilmot Community Association (WCA) announces its annual photography contest. Hobbyists and professionals, kids, teens, and adults – everyone is welcome to submit their work. While anyone can enter, all photos must have been taken in the Kearsarge-Sunapee region. Entering the contest is free and all photos must be received by July 1.

Twelve winners will be chosen – one for each month of the WCA’s 2025, “We love it HERE!” fundraising calendar. Get out and about on a photo field trip or check your archives. We’re looking for a wide selection of photographs showing the beauty of the region throughout the seasons.

Even if you don’t enter, be sure to vote for your favorite photographs. Winners will be chosen by the community.

To enter, go to wilmotwca.org/2022_we_love_it_here_photo_contest/ and follow the listed instructions.

The WCA, founded in 1963, offers free and low-cost events throughout the year. The WCA owns and operates two facilities in Wilmot – the Red Barn, a community center on Village Road, and Timmy Patten Park, a beach and playground on Shindagan Road.

Please visit wilmotwca.org for more information about the WCA. The WCA’s office is open from 9 AM to 3 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and by appointment.

More information is available from the WCA at 603 526-7934 or wca@nullwilmotwca.org.
